Berger Paints Nigeria PLC marked her 64th Annual General Meeting on the 14th  May 2024. This was a pivotal event where we reflected on our 2023 achievements and looked ahead to 2024. Shareholders commended our Board and Management for steering us through market uncertainties and delivering impressive results. Our profit after tax skyrocketed by 125%, hitting N445 million, fueled by a 25% increase in total earnings to N7.9 billion. 

We're proud to have maintained our position as a leading player in the paints and coating industry, showcasing our resilience amidst challenges. 

We delivered value to our shareholders declaring a dividend of N232 million for the 2023 financial year up from N203 million paid in 2022, which was ratified by the shareholders and amounts to a dividend of N0.80 kobo per share for its shareholders. The dividend brings the final dividend for the review period to N1.00 per share. In the period under review also, our share price jumped by 116% capital appreciation, from N6 in December 2022 to N13 by December 2023.
