In addition, she held several roles, such as the founding Managing Director of UPDC Facility Management Limited (UPDCFM); Head of Facilities Management and Head, Major Projects at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, Lagos Nigeria; Senior Manager Properties at Broll Property Services Limited Lagos Nigeria. Kayode Momoh is a well experienced senior executive with over 17 years of strategic and hands-on leadership experience in operations, supply chain, and project management. He currently serves as General Manager, Operations at Berger Paints Nigeria Plc, where he leads the end-to-end operations and supply chain functions, overseeing inbound logistics, production, and outbound activities. Previously, Kayode held the role of General Manager, Supply Chain at UAC Foods Limited, where he managed the full supply chain for the Snacks, Dairy, and Water divisions. During his tenure, he spearheaded procurement excellence, transformative supply chain initiatives, and sustainable practices. These efforts led to UAC Foods receiving two prestigious honours at the 2023 African Centre for Supply Chain (ACSC) Awards: Procurement and Sourcing Excellence and Sustainability and Green Supply Chain Award. Ronke Olajubu is the Head of Product Management at Berger Paints Nigeria PLC, with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the paint and coatings industry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and began her career at Berger Paints in 1998 as a Graduate Trainee. Over the years, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise, rising through the ranks to hold several key positions, including Raw Material Quality Control Chemist, Development Chemist, Senior Development Chemist, Head of Technical (Research & Development), and Head of Operations. She has also led the Institutional and Project Sales unit. Ronke is a recognized Paint and Coating expert, with extensive experience in product development, quality control, and strategic operations. She has participated in numerous local and international trainings, earned several professional certifications, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria (FICCON).

Joseph is the Head, Internal Control, Risk & Compliance. He leads the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Berger's internal control systems and enterprise risk framework. With 20 years of experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Joseph plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial and operational processes as well as promoting a strong risk awareness culture across the organisation. Before joining Berger Paints, he held leadership roles in Emzor Pharmaceuticals, Jagal Group, TGI Group, SecureID Group and most recently AGM/ Head, Risk Control at FoodCo Nigeria, where he was instrumental in strengthening internal controls & enhancing operational resilience. Joseph holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Babcock university, MBA from Business School Netherlands. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Member of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria and ISO 9001:2018 Lead Auditor..
